Friday's can be tough even during an easy week, but this week I was very glad to be doing an easy 6.  The first couple of minutes felt really crappy, but I think that just means that I needed an easy run.  Instead of thinking about how fast I was going, I just cruised and paid attention to how my legs were feeling.  After warming up I felt pretty good and finished the run in about 47 minutes.
