The long run.

I left work very early today because I've been getting in early and staying late.  Today I did 18 which will probably be my last long run before next weekend's race.  I felt good, but it's always tough to log such a long run on a work day.  I went fairly easy, not pushing the pace at all @ 2:14.  I haven't figured exactly how my taper will go for the next nine days, but I know tomorrow will be an easy day, and I know I'll be catching up on sleep this weekend.

Yup, did 18 yesterday and am thinking I might do 20 on Sunday, then take it easy next week until the race, it will be my 21st cycle of chemo afterall.  Crazy weather, seems like we barely had winter here, though I know it's not over until April.
