Relaxed fast running.

Compared to the two previous Tuesday's runs, today was pretty easy. After a three mile warm up, I did 3 x 1 mile with a half mile jog in between. I tried to keep the pace fast and relaxed, concentrating on keeping good form. Each one was run over the exact same mile of the bike trail, and each one was exactly 5:57. This should be right around the pace that the first few miles of the race will be. Tomorrow is another easy day. Three mile cool down makes it 10 for the day @ 1:14.
