Felt pretty good.

My legs were definitely more responsive today than they've been in a while. The wind wasn't too bad, but it didn't make things easier.
After a warm up, I did 7 x 1 mi. w/ 800m jog in between. I was able to run them all pretty strong: 6:01, 5:58, 5:57, 5:56, 5:52, 5:55, 5:56. These were all much faster than last week, and it felt much easier. After the first two, they all felt fairly "comfortable." 14 miles for the day @ 1:41. Now we'll see how well I do tomorrow running on tired legs, kind of simulate what it will feel like at the end of the marathon.
