Slept in late today, and then lounged around until heading out for the third hard workout of the week.  Today was a pace workout, which is tough to do when it's windy.  After warming up, I did 3 x 5K with 800m jog in between, with the goal being to run each one somewhere between 19:30 and 19:40.  The first one always sucks and feels the worst, but isn't always the slowest @ 19:32.  The second one felt much better @ 19:40.  The last one usually feels the best and today was no exception.  It was tough too hold back @ 19:07, which was faster than marathon pace, but it felt relaxed, no strain.  With warm up and cool down, 14 for the day @ 1:38.
