Round 22

Tonight begins my 22nd cycle of chemotherapy. This means I'll back off the mileage a bit this week, but only as much as I feel like I need to. This is my last full volume and intensity week before the marathon. Today I did 5 easy miles of recovery @ 39. Just knowing that I'm only heading out for five really makes it seem easier, and all my easy days this week will likely be fives.
