Today felt better, but not great yet.  This was the last true speed workout, 3 x 1 mile with 1/2 mile jog in between.  The miles were done @5:33 pace, which felt OK, relaxed but still tough.  Including the warm up and cool down it was 8 for the day @ 57 minutes.
