After my practice practical exam this morning, I really felt the need for a run.  But I still have a little reviewing to do, so I just did three @23 min.   Felt good, and I decided to put myself on a training schedule for a 10K in mid August.  I think the only way for me to have consistency in running is to have a goal to work towards.  The schedule I've laid out is "relatively" easy.  It only involved 4 or 5 days of running a week, and there is enough flexibility built in that I should actually be able to get all the runs in.  I think it maxes out at about 27 miles.  Plus I just looked at the schedule and I think I may be able to fit the Asbury Park 5K into it.
