Another Sunday another long run. Today I did 9 @ 66 minutes. During the last two miles it started to rain, mercifully, so I picked it up a bit. It wasn't as warm today but the humidity was gross.
Yesterday I did an easy 3 @ 22;30 before I went to the hospital. I was on the neuro-surgery floor which was a little slow, especially after being in the ER last weekend. All in all not a bad week, we'll see tomorrow how Friday's test went.
