This afternoon I made a conscious effort to run very easily on my 3 miler (@24min.)  After yesterday in the hills, my quads felt pretty sore.  I have to watch the "easy" runs in the hills.  I wanted to make sure that my legs feel pretty fresh for tomorrow.  If all goes as planned, I'll be doing a 5k time trial on the track; should be fun.
