Nice long run

I haven't done 10 on the boards for a really long time. This morning was perftect, but I wish I had gotten up a little earlier, by the time I was on the way back the boardwalk was like a parade. But the run was good, even after an all-out effort yesterday, I comfortably ran 10 today @1:13.
