Today I did 5 in the hills.  Surprisingly I was able to do it @ 38 minutes without really pushing the pace.  But its just impossible to get any kind of a rhythm going, the uphills feel so slow but by the time you get to the top you lungs are burning and the downhills are way too fast, then your legs burn.  But for a fairly short run its a really great workout.
