Another warm humid day up here, I feel like this has got to be the last gasp of the warm weather. I don't think I'm supposed to be running shirtless in Syracuse in October! but I'll take it. This morning I did 10 on the Erie Canal trail, comfortably around 7:30 pace with the last 3 under 7; total time was @ 1:12. Felt really strong today.
I have to through out a special congratulations to Chris and Laura Grosso who welcomed Quentin John Grosso to the planet this morning at 1am. That's right, FIVE boys!
