Even though my legs were still a bit tired today, I wanted to get at least one good workout in this week.  I did seven miles, with four tough uphill sections.  I took it very easy on the downhills to spare my legs the pounding.  It was warm again today, maybe 70, I think the shirtless days are numbered though.  Felt good, even on the uphills, total time @54 minutes.
