After taking the whole weekend off from running while Alex and Marcy were here, I got out today for 6 in what can only be called Indian summer weather. Here we are in mid-October, and the temperature before noon was already over 70, unbelievable! So last week I only got in 21 miles and no long run, so now I'm a bit off for my yearly goal of 2000 miles, but I can make it up mile-by-mile as I go.
