Today was another one of those days where I just felt tired. And when I got home from a long day at school, I was already thinking of reasons why I shouldn't go for a run; too tired, too much to do, I'll make it up tomorrow, etc... the list goes on and on. But I went out and decided I'd go up to the track and do some fast 1/4's and just get it over with. But when I got up there, one of the high school teams was out on the field so I just kept going. I did a fartlek workout instead. After about 2 miles warm up, I did 3 miles of fartlek, felt OK, maybe a little heavy, but much better by the end, then a mile or so to cool down. Six total in just under 43 minutes.
