Since I'm not really able, time-wise and motivationally, to train to get faster, I'm running for fitness now.  Just to keep my heart in shape, get the blood flowing, keep my weight in check, reduce stress, help me sleep at night; all the good things that running can do for you.  This morning I did another 3 on the mill, after doing some sit-ups and push-ups.  I figure if I'm going to be running less I may as well try to round out my fitness and include my core and upper body, plus it only takes a few minutes.  We'll see if I can make it stick.
