Today was a pretty busy day. Morning classes, then came home for lunch and let the dogs out. Then back to school for afternoon class, then home for a quick three miler on the treadmill. When Hisako got home we made a fast dinner, then Dylan, Hisako and I went over to the local Jewish Community Center where they have an indoor rock climbing wall. We climbed for a few hours, basically until my arms didn't work anymore. It's amazing how weak my upper body is! It's a lot of fun though, and a great workout.
