Up early

Today I was up before Hisako left for work, which is pretty early, it was still dark out. But now its only 10:00 and I've gotten a ton of stuff done and still have the whole day ahead.
After a full week off from running for some quality time with the family, today I eased back into it with three on the treadmill. If I waited until later in the day I think it would have been warm and perfect for running outdoors, but this morning early it was still below freezing and I wanted to get the run in and get on with my day.
Chemo starts tonight.
