Cold again.

Well it was back to hat and gloves on this first day of spring in Syracuse. I got out for an easy four this morning despite my stomach not feeling so great. I have to re-adjust to this schedule again. I can remember the end of my first cycle of chemo like it was yesterday. It was much warmer but slightly gray out.
When I woke up that morning I felt nauseous enough that I took medication for it. That was the only time I took the anti-vomit pill in the morning after chemo. I laid in bed wondering if I could rally to make it to the twins christening, as one of the God-parents calling in sick wasn't really an option . But the meds worked and I got up and was fine, and after that I didn't really have any problems with side-effects. I'm betting it will be the same this time around. One more dose tonight for this cycle, then 23 days off.
