I got up and out this morning. The rain stopped and it was kind of warm out there. Warm enough for shorts and a long sleeve, but I could have used some gloves, my hands didn't really warm up until the last mile or so. I did 5 @ 38, felt good, but I could definitely feel a little soreness from Wednesday's run.
