Warm today

This morning at eight it was already 50 degrees. I short have had short sleeves on but... I did 4 with to miles of easy fartlek in the middle @ 29 minutes. Felt good, I'm looking forward to running outdoors every day.
Today we are going out to the rural outskirts to check out the kennel where the boys will be going while we're in Jamaica. It should be fine, the Vet recommended it and he's a good guy. Then later, since its so nice out, we'll probably do some rock climbing.
