Rainy and cold

Still not really spring weather here, at least not what I think of as spring. This morning was chilly and drizzly and just kind of gray. I went to Labcorp for my weekly blood work then came home and did 7 on the treadmill, boring! 7 is about my limit for running indoors these days. I still haven't fixed my bike yet, I need a warm day so I can at least have the garage door open, even if it is raining outside.
