Well, after seeing the surgeon yesterday and having my sutures taken out, I was cleared to resume normal activity.  Meaning this morning I was able to get out and run an easy five in the peace and quiet of the woods of Allaire State park.  I saw lots of deer and even a wild turkey during the 42 minutes or so I was out there.  Perfect weather for a run, cool and a little humid.   A lot of ticks though!

Hi Tim, I agree today's weather was great for running outdoors. Here in Columbus, OH I got 8 miles in between 7-8 am with a modicum of sun. On my way out I hit a gauntlet of brush and all I could think about was ticks but fortunately did not pick up any of those unwanted passengers.
