Unpleasant...

After waiting most of the day in the hope that maybe the rain would let up, I finally just headed out for 3 @23. I always run a little faster in the rain. I kind of wanted to do 5 today, but the NE wind was tough out there, so I just wound up doing a short loop around Sea Girt. My legs were feeling good today, the soreness I had yesterday is all gone. Now I'm ready for anice warm shower!
