Perfect weather this morning for a long run.  Just about no wind, very cool in the shade, which is most of the trail around the reservoir.  I did the progression style long run again today, with each five faster than the last.  First 5 @ 38:12, then through 10 @ 1:14:07 (36:55) cruised through 15 in 1:49:56 (35:49.)  Finished up total in 2:24:04 (34:08.)  I felt really great throughout this run so it seem I didn't lose too much endurance over the last few weeks, but during the last mile I did feel a twinge in my right ITB, so I'll have to go see Dr. C this week.  I took an ice bath when I got home and have just been eating a lot and watching the Giants.  Overall pace for 20 miles was about 7:12 per mile.  This run was a good confidence builder, I needed to feel like that week I took off didn't totally screw up my training.  I still am going to revise my marathon goal, but probably not by as much as I first thought.  Plus, next weekend's half will give me a good idea of where I am.

Total for the week: 54
          for the  year:  1504
