Today I was able to do a harder workout.  After a 2 mile warm up, I was able to get through 4 x 1 mile w/800 jog @6:09 each.  I started "easy" with a 6:20, then worked down to 6:01.  They all felt really good. much better than the mile repeats I did last Tuesday.  So at this point I think it looks good for the half on Sunday, my knee felt about 99.9% today.  Total distance was 9 miles @ 77 minutes.
