Not so bad...

the rain finally stopped, but the wind and cold are still in place. I was able to cruise through an easy 16 today @ 2:11. My knee felt %100, so I am race ready for Sunday, but the weather isn't looking good for a race along the beach, the strong NNE wind is going to be a factor for sure, unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it is going to be a head wind in the second half of the race. I'll have to ride the tail wind from the start!
