After nearly a week of rain. Today was one of those days where I was happy to be able to run on the boardwalk. The wind had calmed down, the sun was out, perfect for an easy 8 miles. Now that the seasons have changed, I'm in less of a hurry to get out and run early in the morning when its cold out. Its the opposite of the summer schedule. Now I wait for the warmest part of the day to run, high today was barely over 50F. Feel recovered now though, legs were pretty sore this morning. Should be ready to run hard tomorrow.
