Today was a repeat of last weeks workout, 8 x 1 mile w/ 2 min jog in between.  My legs felt much better today, no soreness going into the workout.  Overall this run felt a lot easier, even though half of each loop was into a decent NE wind.  The splits were 6:08, 6:08, 5:52, 5:48, 5:48, 5:55, 5:55, 6:00.  Those first two didn't feel that slow, but they also didn't really feel that hard.  The rest all felt about the same.  Average pace was a little faster than 5:58, faster than last week, and definitely felt like less effort.  14 miles total @ 1:39.
