Point Boro track

This was my first work out on the new track at Point Boro. It's really nice, freshly resurfaced this summer.
I met up with Karen and we did a mile warm up and some strides. Then 4 x 2 mile @ 6:10 pace, with 2 minute recovery. Felt very comfortable once I found my rhythm at that speed. Then a mile cool down. So 10 miles total, not too hard, and definitely not easy. A good work out for the first week of the taper.
