Today I was able to run 2 miles without stopping, it took over 18 minutes, but thats progress.  Just the fact that I ran for 18 minutes before I started to feel knee pain was progress!

Plus, I went to see Dr. Lev and I think he will be able to get me going again.  He definitely understands runners because he is one!  Finally I'm feeling hopeful again!  But still very cautious.
