No run today. After working all weekend, then capping it off with an 8 miler on the boardwalk yesterday after work, I knew today needed to be a rest day. Slept in, then Hisako and I took the dogs for a long walk out on Cattus Island Park. It was pretty cold out there, but it was nice, very peaceful with lots of sun.
