Strange weather...

When I left the house the afternoon to drive over to Cattus Island it was sunny and kind of warm. By the time I got there, I guess the wind shifted and a the fog rolled in. It was still pretty nice, but by the end of 8 miles it was actually a little cold.
I figured out a good run to do out there on those trails. Since there are a lot of tight, sharp turns in between relatively short straight stretches, I thought it would be fun to run fast where it was straight, then go easy on the turns. Basically a fartlek session determined by the terrain. Total time for the run was probably about 62 minutes.
