Blast from the past...

Today I met up with Brian Hanlon for an easy 6 in Cattus Island. I'm pretty sure he's the only person I know who can run during the week late in the morning. It was nice to have some company for some miles. Pace was very conversational. After we went and grabbed some bagels and a coffee, and in true B Hanlon style, we both left the place with a dozen bagels, gratis. He is still the "mayor" of Toms River.
