Today I did exactly the same hill workout that I did last week on Wednesday.  Just about the same chilly, windy conditions too.  I wish I could say today's workout felt easier, but it didn't.  The measure of progress will be how sore I feel tomorrow.  Last Thursday I felt pretty sore so we'll see how it goes.  I have to work tomorrow, so no run, just rest and holiday gorging!
