Well I'm glad I did seven yesterday, so today's run got cut down to an easy 5. I did the first two with the dogs, then finished up the rest solo. Felt great, I love running in this weather. I ran 70 miles in the last two weeks. Tomorrow will be a rest day, then next week I'll ramp up the mileage again.
