After yesterday's hard, speed session, my legs were feeling pretty heavy today.  Not really sore at all, just tired I guess.  But I still got through an easy 10 @ 1:20.  One thing about those speed sessions, they make the slow days feel very easy.  8 minute pace is now recovery pace.
