With no access to the indoor track today, and at least an inch of fresh snow on the roads, I really had no choice but to run on the treadmill today.  And it wasn't that bad.  I still did the workout I planned on doing at the track (which was a ladder) 200, 400, 600, 800, 600, 400, 200 + 1 extra 200 for good measure.  I had to max out the speed on the treadmill to get moving fast enough, but because the overall volume was about half of what I've been doing lately, and I took FULL recoveries, it felt pretty good/easy.  Plus, with 1.5 warm up and cool down, I ran a total of 8 miles @ 57 minutes.
