Recovery.

A much needed recovery 6 miler after yesterday's workout @ 49 minutes. I felt pretty flat out there today, I think my legs were tired and I was a little hungry too. But I guess I should feel tired the day after a hard run. Still, I may re-think whether or not to race on Sunday. Tomorrow is a planned rest day, so I'll see how I feel after my long run on Saturday. The low-key races are fun, but there is nothing to be gained from pushing too much, especially at this point in my training.
