16 x 400 w/100 rest, each @ 80s.  Wow, the shorter rest through the whole set really makes it a totally different workout than what I've been doing for the last few weeks.  I was sucking wind but my legs felt very strong throughout.  Total for the day, including warm up and cool down was 8.  I cut the total down to 16 reps for two reasons; first, this weeks mileage is a little lower, and second, I knew that the short rest interval would make it tough.  Time for the whole run was probably about 45 minutes.  Easy miles tomorrow.
