Easy long run.

Today was the first long slow run I've done in quite a while. Usually I've used my long run as an additional workout for the week, but today I just went along for the ride with a friend who is training for Boston. He lives in Brick too, so we ran down Princeton, into Bayhead, Point, Brielle, back to Brick, for 15 @ 2:03. Felt relaxed, conversational pace. Tomorrow I'll run harder, but not too far. It was a another great day for a run though, shorts and t-shirt.
