Today I just did a very easy 5 mile recovery run.  I didn't feel sore but was feeling pretty sluggish after yesterday.  I had planned on doing 10 today, but decided to split those miles up between today and tomorrow.  After running seven days last week I remembered how much easier it is to get in the miles when you run every day.
