Hills, week two.

Same workout as I've been doing, just with some rest the day before. I actually felt more stiff for not having run yesterday. I think I may increase the mileage a tiny bit, just to fit in some easy jogging the day after the hills. If I do a very easy 3 miles, just enough to get warm and get blood into the legs, I can also get in a good stretch in between hill workouts. Once I got going today I felt fine despite some fairly swampy conditions. Another 11 today.
