Always a little rough waking up for work after the time change, but the fact that I didn't have to rush at all to get my run in after work more than made up for it.  I did another full hill workout and was still home before it got dark.

As much as I know these hills are making me stronger, and eventually will lead to faster legs, the monotony of 4 weeks of pretty much the same thing over and over starts to get to me.  Today after work I was trying to convince myself that it was a good idea to just rest today and do the hills tomorrow.  But I know that that's just laziness talking so I put my shoes on and pushed myself out the door.  By the time I was finished with the warm up I felt good, and halfway through the workout I felt awesome (endorphins always kick in @ 45 minutes  And it's all the sweeter finishing that workout knowing that I almost didn't do it, plus I only have one more week of hills to go after this week (that means 4 or 5 more hill workouts to go.)
