another hill workout.  Definitely felt more spring in my step today compared to yesterday; just goes to show the value of easy recovery miles.  Pretty much the same run today as I've been doing with one small tweak.  Instead of 2 sets of springing up the hill, I replaced that with 2 sets of skipping uphill.  The difference is really that when you spring, you push off with one foot and come down on the other; skipping you go up and come down on the same foot.  At first I thought this felt easier, but when I did the second set it didn't feel so easy.  It will be interesting to see if I have any new sore spots tomorrow.  No run planned for tomorrow.  If the weather is as nice as it's supposed to be, Hisako and I are planning on a little hiking day trip.  11 for the day.
