Well the weather turned out to be not nearly as bad as predicted.  It was actually pretty warm by the time I headed out for my recovery run this afternoon.  I paid attention to be sure I was running as easy as possible.  25 minutes is just enough time to get warm enough to get loose and then get in a good stretch when I get home.  My legs felt good today, not really tired at all, but glad to be doing the hills tomorrow.
