Well, last week's efforts definitely sapped my legs.  Today I was supposed to do a hard 8 mile fartlek run, but I could tell during the first easy mile that that was not going to happen.  This workout is mainly a legs speed exercise, but my legs had NO speed in them today.  So I cut it down to a medium effort 7 mile fartlek, and the last mile I did up and down my street with the dogs.  So it was 7 @ 50ish today, hopefully I should be able to recover enough by Thursday to get another good interval run in.  We'll see, always have to be flexible.  Sometimes you can tell your legs what to do, but sometimes, they tell you what to do.  At least it didn't rain during my run!
