Today was the same workout as last Thursday.  A ladder, 200, 400, 800, mile, mile, 800, 400, 200.  The splits were pretty much the same, and the effort was too.  I think last week I hammered more on all 3 workouts because my legs felt fresh.  Next week I want to take this workout to the track so I can work a little more on hitting specific paces.  10 for the day @ 1:15.
