Treadmill.

Today I decided to do my run on the treadmill because of a weird little twinge I felt in my ankle last night. I figured if it started to hurt. I could just stop.
So I warmed up with about 1.5 of easy running, then, since my ankle felt fine, I rolled through about 6 miles of very hard fartlek. The treadmill is actually nice for this workout because you can literally dial in different paces. Then a short cool down and a good long stretching session. 8 for the day @ 54:35.
